回轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)

回轉(zhuǎn)扭矩大，減速比大，扭矩傳遞效率更高運行更平穩(wěn)，故障率更低，降低了日常維護成本，松散層不易卡鉆，成孔率高。高分子襯板，耐磨、不需注油潤滑，更方便。錳鋼機加導(dǎo)軌，架體堅固、導(dǎo)軌無磨損。選配雙驅(qū)高低速回轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)。

Rotation unit system

The gearbox has large gear reductionratio, high torque transmission efficiency ,runs smoothly, lowered failure rate and with less routine maintenance cost. It also reduces pipe-stuck situations in unconsolidated formations and has a higher hole completion rate.

Polymer liner plates are high resistant to abrasion, no need lubricating grease so the maintenance is easy and convenient.

Manganese steel-made sliding rail of the feed boom has high strength structure and superior resistance to wear.

自動接卸桿系統(tǒng)

儲桿和自動接卸桿的功能操作簡單，采用單個手柄就可以實現(xiàn)接桿、收桿、機械手開合以及鉆桿倒庫的全部動作。

接卸桿采用上下夾緊的方式便于松開鉆桿接頭，提高了工作效率。可實現(xiàn)一鍵換桿，快捷。

Automaticpipehandlingsystem

All the functions,such as pipe storage,pipe loading and unloading,movement of the mechanical clamps, can be controlled very easily with one single joystick.

Loading and unloading of the drill pipes are easily achieved by upper and lower clamping,greatly raising the working efficiency.

Installing one-button automatic rod exchange system, faster and safer。

底盤系統(tǒng)

采用工程機械四輪一帶底盤，結(jié)構(gòu)強度好，加寬履帶行走平穩(wěn)，爬坡能力強，鑿巖作業(yè)時更加平穩(wěn)。

浮動式車架，前后浮動10°，行走高低雙速可調(diào)，工地間轉(zhuǎn)移快捷。

Undercarriage

The heavy-duty undercarriage features robust structural strength,wide tracks and excellent grade ability,which all ensure better stability while drilling.

The undercarriage can oscillate 10°back and forth, featuring adjustable dual speed and fast maneuverability between sites.

免維護推進機構(gòu)

液壓機械雙重鎖定，既保證液壓馬達的大扭矩穩(wěn)定輸出，使用壽命長，機械鎖定又杜絕液壓內(nèi)泄，防止下滑，二者結(jié)合，各取所長。

Maintenance-fee feeding system
