1貨物到達(dá)口岸后需按照《出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫報(bào)檢規(guī)定》及其他有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行報(bào)檢,

2受理報(bào)檢時(shí)應(yīng)要求進(jìn)口企業(yè)提交以下單證:

1.適用該批貨物的進(jìn)境動(dòng)植物產(chǎn)品檢疫許可證;

2.輸出或地區(qū)官方的檢疫證書正本;

3.貿(mào)易合同、信用證、FP、裝箱單、提單等;收發(fā)貨人備案號(hào)和截圖,燕屋備案號(hào)截圖

4.其他按照要求應(yīng)提供的單證,如產(chǎn)地證、衛(wèi)生證、獸醫(yī)局衛(wèi)生證等;口岸檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)檢報(bào)關(guān):

審核以上單證符合要求的,核銷檢疫許可證,出具通關(guān)單。

不符合要求的不予受理報(bào)檢。經(jīng)口岸現(xiàn)場檢驗(yàn)檢疫符合要求的,按規(guī)定抽取樣品,向貨主或其代理人出具《抽/采樣憑證》。

樣品采集后,要根據(jù)許可證要求、我國檢驗(yàn)檢疫有關(guān)規(guī)定、貿(mào)易合同、協(xié)議要求、貨物原產(chǎn)地、貨主申請等,參考輸出國的衛(wèi)生狀況,確定實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢疫和檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,填寫相關(guān)送檢單,連同樣品分別送至有關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并按規(guī)定留樣備查。具測項(xiàng)目根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)的總局要求和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警提示不同而不同。檢驗(yàn)檢疫不合格的應(yīng)按要求予以退貨或銷毀等處理。

Those that do not meet the requirements shall not be accepted for inspection. If the on-site inspection and quarantine at the port meets the requirements, samples shall be taken according to the regulations, and the certificate of sampling / sampling shall be issued to the owner or his agent.

After the sample is collected, the laboratory quarantine and inspection items shall be determined according to the requirements of the license, the relevant provisions of China's inspection and quarantine, the requirements of the trade contract, the agreement, the origin of the goods, the application of the owner of the goods, etc., with reference to the health status of the exporting country, the relevant inspection forms shall be filled in, and the samples shall be sent to the relevant laboratories for inspection together with the sample classification, and the samples shall be kept for future reference. The measurement items are different according to the requirements of the General Administration and the risk warning prompt at that time. The unqualified products shall be returned or destroyed as required.
