1.貨物到達(dá)口岸后需按照《出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫報(bào)檢規(guī)定》及其他有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行報(bào)檢；

2.受理報(bào)檢時(shí)應(yīng)要求進(jìn)口企業(yè)提交以下單證：

審核以上單證符合要求的，核銷檢疫許可證，出具通關(guān)單。

不符合要求的不予受理報(bào)檢。經(jīng)口岸現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)檢疫符合要求的，按規(guī)定抽取樣品，向貨主或其代理人出具《抽/采樣憑證》。

樣品采集后，要根據(jù)許可證要求、我國(guó)檢驗(yàn)檢疫有關(guān)規(guī)定、貿(mào)易合同、協(xié)議要求、貨物原產(chǎn)地、貨主申請(qǐng)等，參考輸出國(guó)的衛(wèi)生狀況，確定實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢疫和檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目，填寫相關(guān)送檢單，連同樣品分別送至有關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，并按規(guī)定留樣備查。具體檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)的總局要求和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)提示不同而不同。檢驗(yàn)檢疫不合格的應(yīng)按要求予以退貨或銷毀等處理。
