馬來(lái)西亞燕窩進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)

貨物到港前提供以下單證：

（1）INVOICE

（2）裝箱單

（3）進(jìn)口合同

（4）國(guó)外原產(chǎn)地證

（5）國(guó)外衛(wèi)生證

（6）生產(chǎn)日期證明，成分分析報(bào)告

注意：如果包裝貨物為木質(zhì)包裝必須有“IPPC”標(biāo)志

1、進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)

貨物到港后我司馬上安排到船公司辦理?yè)Q單手續(xù)并提前申請(qǐng)報(bào)檢預(yù)審核。換單完畢馬上辦理報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)：出具進(jìn)口海關(guān)稅單交給收貨人繳稅。

4、海關(guān)查驗(yàn)

憑完稅稅單繳款確認(rèn)書(shū)到海關(guān)核實(shí)無(wú)誤后，完成海關(guān)查驗(yàn)手續(xù)，海關(guān)放行。

海關(guān)放行后安排運(yùn)輸?shù)?/span>ZHI定商檢局監(jiān)管庫(kù)，申請(qǐng)商檢抽驗(yàn)。

5、法定商檢

貨物入監(jiān)管倉(cāng)后安排商檢人員到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽檢，同時(shí)辦理中文標(biāo)簽備案，7-10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)化驗(yàn)并通知貨主是否化驗(yàn)合格（通知是否出衛(wèi)生證）。

6、印中文標(biāo)簽，貼中文標(biāo)簽。

7、費(fèi)用結(jié)算

進(jìn)口代理公司代客戶(hù)先墊進(jìn)口貨物產(chǎn)生的報(bào)關(guān)的報(bào)關(guān)拖車(chē)碼頭雜費(fèi)，待進(jìn)口手續(xù)完成后出具費(fèi)用結(jié)算清單向客戶(hù)實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷(xiāo)。結(jié)算后退回正本單據(jù)。

8.拖車(chē)配送上門(mén)。

(5) foreign health certificate

(6) production date certificate, composition analysis report

Note: if the packed goods are wooden, they must be marked with "IPPC"

3. Import declaration

After the goods arrive at the port, our company will arrange to go to the shipping company to go through the order change formalities and apply for inspection and pre examination in advance. Go through the customs declaration formalities immediately after the completion of document change: issue the import customs tax form to the consignee for tax payment.

4. Customs inspection

The customs shall complete the customs inspection procedures and release the goods after checking the customs with the tax payment confirmation.

After clearance, the customs will arrange transportation to the supervision warehouse of the Inspection Bureau of Zhi Ding and apply for sampling inspection.

5. Legal commodity inspection

After the goods are put into the supervision warehouse, the commodity inspection personnel shall be arranged to conduct spot check on the site, and the Chinese label shall be filed at the same time. Within 7-10 working days, the inspection personnel shall be responsible for the inspection and inform the owner whether the inspection is qualified (notify whether the hygiene certificate is issued).

6. Print and paste Chinese labels.

7. Expense settlement

The import agent company shall pay the customs clearance fees of the trailer terminal for the import goods on behalf of the customer, and issue the expense settlement list to the customer after the import formalities are completed. Return the original document after settlement.

8. Trailer delivery to the door.
